Virgin Mobile Website

I've been trying to logon to the Virgin Mobile website for two days now, but each time it says the site can't be reached. I've reset my router a couple of times, even though it's only this webpage that won't load, but to no avail. What's up guys? How can I check my bills etc. if I can't get in there?
Please sort it out - getting fed up with most things Virgin at the mo..

This is also happening on the VM homepage, if I refresh the page then it may work to open the site. I’m using Edge browser, IE 11 appears fine.

No, my VM is fine, it's only the VM page/website. I've refreshed, dumped cookies and browser data etc., etc., but to no avail. I'm using Chrome, but always have and no trouble until the past few days]

Delayed response? Three weeks is unacceptable. How can this be helpful? Luckily, I sorted it out myself. Good job it hadn't been REALLY important.
