Virgin Media store log in problem

Not sure if I’m posting this in the right place or not but I am trying to log into my Virgin media Store on the TV to watch a film we purchased last week. 

Im using the correct details and it’s not letting me sign in, yet I use the same details on my phone and it lets me log in. Why would this be?

Welcome to the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Virgin Media Store.

 

To use the virgin Media Store you need to register on the Virgin Media Store website. Once you've done this, you can log into the Virgin Store using the account details you have created.

thanks for that I do have an account but it won’t let me log in on it on the TV only on my iPad! 

Which is bizarre.

Please confirm that you do have a V6/Tivo that is supplying the TV and not trying to use Smart TV “Internet Connection”? Smiley Wink.
