A zero day threat has been discovered on Chromium based browsers (Edge, Chrome etc).  Go to the three dots, Help,  About <browser> then check for updates.

Still an issue for me on my Chromebook with Chrome v94.0.4606.124 (official build) (64-bit).

All attempts to force another upgrade results in being told I am on the latest version, and because I am on Chrome OS I can't even download anything v95 at all.

I've deleted my cache, removed everything else I can think of, but

Virgin TV Go resolutely says I need an upgrade 

Any other clues?

Not sure about Chromebook Updates, but the latest Chrome Update for PC is:

windows  11 edge kept crashing after an  update of windows 11 with error-

Edge crashes with STATUS_BREAKPOINT, STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION, and STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN errors

I have updated edge to see if this sorts out the error?
