The VM Connect android app does not work on my chromebook

I have an Acer Chromebook R 11 and there is not the usual indication that this app is incompatible with my machine but the VM Helpline tells me this is so. Does any one know if / when VM will look to letting Chromebook users have access to that part of what we are paying for?

Thank you

Re: The VM Connect android app does not work on my chromebook

Thank you Gareth_L,

I can access and use many Android apps on my Chromebook. Please forgive my ignorance but I should have thought that a company with the resources of Virginmedia should be able to do the necessary adaptation?

Is it really that complex?

I will get this fed back.

Hopefully this is something we can offer in the future.

Thanks
