The BQM issue

So here is VM WAN gateway I'm on being BQM and VM outer router hop in to the network

VM WAN gateway

VM outer router

So the outer router looks like a Docsis connection unlike flat gateway that a side the BQM issue and what I find odd if you look at the gateway the ICMP cuts off 50ms that might not sound odd but in order for that to happen the ICMP would have to be timed so if the problem was at thinkbroadband and it causing the delay how does the gateway know this! Think about it requests come in the gateway replies IF the problem was at thinkbroadband end any and all replies to the gateway will be answered in ns so how is their a cut that hits 50ms? The only answer is that the gateway was under load requests come in get delayed to be sent out and if delayed longer then 50ms gets dropped.

so the delay is happening downstream looking at my BQM requests by time and something cutting the ICMP getting too gateway and are IP's if in the buffer for 50~ms
