Hi. How do I know if I have a router that is suitable for a home care telecommunications device for emergency reason due to disability

Re: Telecoms Router ????

All VM hubs have four Ethernet ports and provide WiFi, and the WiFi bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) can be separated if necessary. The landline for new customers is provided by an adapter cable which enables your current handset to be connected to the hub. The suppliers of home care devices should be able to advise on how their equipment can be connected.

In trhe event of a power outage or network failure your broadband and landline will fail.

Re: Telecoms Router ????

It's worth noting that the date of 31 December 2025 for switching off PSTN remains, so all concerned still have to focus on getting ready for that deadline.
