If I use https://samknows.com/realspeed/ I get "Your SamKnows enabled device is offline", this worked previously and showed speed to hub and speed to device.
I've done full reboot of hub and full reset with same Your SamKnows enabled device is offline
When I use https://speedtest.samknows.com the result for 1 gig package the speed is around 5-600 Mbps.
Is this a VM or SamKnows issue ?

It’s true you will not get more than 5/600Mbps on VM hubs, but it’s not the limit of WiFi 5. That’s the limit with a bandwidth of 40MHz, if you use equipment with 80MHz bandwidth you can get nearly 900Mbps and even more with a bandwidth of 160MHz, but there are very few devices that can use 160MHz. My access points give 886.7Mbps on WiFi 5.

Always use ethernet cable (Cat 8 router to pc) for speed checks
WiFi speed is fine to other devices <> 520 Mbps
The link https://samknows.com/realspeed/ worked fine until about 2 weeks ago and speed to hub was measured at 1049 Mbps Router to PC was <> 995 Mbps.
I'm going to lodge ticket with Sam Knows, if they have not made any changes it looks like VM update may have changed something on the hub.

When I use https://speedtest.samknows.com/ I only get around 220Mbps on 1Gbps. This is on a wired connection.
If I use other sites like fast.com I get expected speeds.

Hi Carl,
The correct speed test site if you have an H4 is RealSpeed - SamKnows This will only work if the H4 is in router mode, if you enable 'modem only' then you won't be able to run these tests, however, the hardware will still run a speed test every 6 hrs which can be viewed by field engineers.
If you've a H3 you won't be able to access SamKnows RealSpeed, but the hardware will still run and report to SamKnows.
Regards,
Dave

I know, I have a HUB 4 in modem mode.
I was just informing the OP that https://speedtest.samknows.com is not a realistic speed test site.

I am having the same problem as quite a few other people it seems.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ is not working as expected, and now constantly reports "Your SamKnows enabled device is offline".
It worked fine before, when VM engineer was here using his laptop, and also when I was testing via my Android mobile.
https://speedtest.samknows.com/ seems to work fine.
My Hub 4 is in Router mode, NOT Modem mode (and has always been).
I have tried 4 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE).
I have checked that Javascript is enabled.
I am using same devices, adapters & cables that I used before, and they have been re-checked and tested OK.
I have tried laptop on Ethernet/LAN & Wifi, and Mobile on Wifi.
We have tried powering off the Hub 4 for 3 mins, then switching it back on again.
I do not want to use another speed test service, as this has been recommended by Virgin Media engineers for my current Ofcom speed case, as it also tests speed from Hub to Virgin.
Why does this keep happening, and is seemingly affecting many people.
I look forward to hearing from VM soon.

There was a recent thread regarding this and it was fixed by VM, however required you to reboot the HUB.

Yes, I did a reset several times, ensuring I waited at least 3 mins after power off before switching it back on.
So this does not resolve the problem.
