Scheduled Maintenance

Have just received a text telling me that Virgin Media has scheduled maintenance tomorrow which could interrupt my service.  I read that as it will interrupt my service but anybody know anything more about this outage like when tommorrow and how long ?   

I hope they are starting the change in the early hours of the morning, but they don't say ? scheduled

There is no SLA with it being a residential connection.

The planned outage number is 0800 052 2137 - they may be able to provide more details/updates.

I had one of these a week ago. After having two emails stating there might be interruptions during the day nothing happened. On checking service status, the work was actually completed between midnight & 7am that day.
