VM don’t send them out. You have to call it in as a fault & a local technician will come & fit a new one. You can use the usual channels (150 from any Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from others) & call faults, or one of the forum team can book a visit from here. It may take a while for a response on the forum.
