I have a redundant Virginmedia connection port in one room which I would like moved or removed altogether. How do I go about booking an engineer for this work?
you can arrange an engineer visit by calling 150 from a VM phone (or 0345 454 1111 from any other).. as it's a non-fault callout there is a charge of £25 for the engineer visit.
