Pre-order pre-site survey FTTP

Hi

We're about to have our driveway replaced and also thinking about switching to Virgin Media fiber Internet. Obviously it would be daft to have the driveway replaced then dig a chunk back up to run FTTP. I've found a triangular CATV cover on the property boundary next to a dividing wall and I've read in other posts that ordinarily VM would just run a cable along a wall where possible. This would be great as it would mean we don't need to worry about burying ducting under the driveway. Is there a customer service contact I can send details and photos to for confirmation?
