Help required ref emails and passwords.
I know the fault usually exists between the "Keyboard and the Chair" but here is my problem.
Email login is not accepting passwords/addresses. Can get to the "Verify" photo box and then I get a message that Email address or password is incorrect. Have requested a password reset to be sent to a different email account but I keep going round in circles and not able to reset.
Can Virgin Media techies help on how I can restore and get access to my email account?

😊 Finally got access back into my VM account so have been able to carry out all Account changes and PW resets.
