No Ranging Response received

Keep getting the error No Ranging Response received, also Router dropping internet and Wi-fi for around 10 minutes a time. This happens a few times a day. This has been happening for weeks now. Called Virgin again today and they say it’s a network issue which won’t be fixed until the end of the month. Does anyone else in the South Leicester area have the same problem?

Awfully sorry but we have a problem in your area with intermittent upstream noise and this most likely accounts for your issues. Our engineers are investigating ref F006379520 with an estimated fix date of 24 JUL 2018. At the moment we think we may have fixed it but are monitoring the situation, please ask us for an update in a few days.
