My hub has broke and rang up got someone who couldn’t speak good English and kept saying a tech specialist would come on the 4th jan this isn’t good as I have a daughter who is a university and we desperately need the internet. I only need the hub I could fit it myself please help

You are lucky to get a technician’s visit that quickly. You have a residential contract with no SLA, fixes are on a best endeavours basis. You should log on to your VM account to make sure the technician’s visit is scheduled.
