New contract text link not working?

Hi All

My partner signed up for a new contract today & was sent a text message with a link to sign the documents as this was done over the phone.

When asked to put in her surname in the box after following the link it just doesn't recognise her surname & just puts a red line through it?


Has anyone any ideas as to why this is not working?

All sorted now via phone call.

The Forum Staff don't tend to look in the natter forum.

Do you get a red line through your surname when you try to sign the new contract?

If so a few posters have had the same issue, and as a workaround, try entering your title and full name, for example Mr John Smith - be sure to capitalise the first letter of each
