you are extremely unlikely to get success here. if you have an idea you put a business plan together then contact someone high up at virgin directly. even then there is no guarantee it will be even looked at. most large companies will not entertain 3rd party 'ideas'. others in the industry to back things up will help.
dragons den is the best shot but again, you would need backing of others in the industry. they don't like one man bands with 'ideas' either.
it is the way of the world, companies want credible propositions.
