Netflix

Can someone help. I have 3 boxes in my house a V6 and 2 TiVo, the issue I have is that the V6 box can access Netflix through channel 204 but my 2 Tivo boxes can not. I have tested there network connections and all is good. The only thing I have found is that when you test the network the porttest fails. Should I have to open a port purely for these boxes or do I have a issue with my router which is a hub 3.0.

Re: Netflix

Hi Sparkie2,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Netflix.

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and the levels are all looking healthy at the moment. I can't see any issues with the hub at the moment either.

How has it been since posting? Are you still unable to access Netflix?

Re: Netflix

Netflix is fine on the V6 box it is only the 2 Tivo boxes that have problems connecting to Netflix. The box has suggested opening a port on my router but I am worried that then my V6 wont work is it isn't having any problems at the moment.

Re: Netflix

Hi Sparkie2,

Thanks for getting back to me!

I'd like to send a technician to check this out for you. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.

Speak soon

Josh
