How do I get the service I have paid for?
Business Broadband installed 21 Feb 2019 and not had a reliable service since:-
- Initial install not working till 4 March due to technical issues
- Continual loss of service during March. Despite being advertised as a WIFI router, Engineer says HITRON is not good for WIFI connections.
- Poor advise from Technical Team on restarting router using pin at back of device led to corrupting device.
- Service out since 4th April, 10 engineer visits, 25+ calls to Virgin Media Business, 2 account rebuilds and no resolution
How do I get the service I am paying for for our business?
