Hi,

has anyone successfully resolved intermittent connection issues caused by "RCS partial service" and "No ranging response received" faults? The router needs rebooting several times a day. Have been calling VM multiple times, they seem to enjoy making me jump through hoops, reboot/reset my router, disconnect and connect my wired/wireless devices multiple times. The technician came over and replaced the hub- still no joy. No one seems to take the actual faults into consideration, they just seem to be stuck following their procedure over and over again hoping the same actions will yield a different result for some reason. Any thoughts?

I'm having similar issue with RCS warning soon as it shows end up with lots of pre and post errors and things don't load i have Internet connection just things take a long time to load have to restart interne few times a day

Don’t coat-tail on other peoples posts. It becomes impossible to reply to the correct poster. In any case similar perceived problems often turn out to be completely different. Please raise separate posts.
