Hi there, my next door neighbour recently had there new Virgin service/s installed.
Since the installation I’ve been intermittent issues with the quality of my Virgin services.
I decided to take a look at the brown box where the cables are terminated prior to coming into my house. I was both shocked and dismayed by what I found. The Virgin engineer had not only completely removed the brown box from the wall but omitted to replace the cover leaving the “internals” open to the elements. Additionally he’d run an cable from the box providing my service to my neighbours house!!
To say that this is shoddy and unprofessional is an understatement, I’d be embarrassed if I was responsible for this installation. Is this what I should be expecting as a loyal customer?
Is the service provided by any of the other companies any better?
