Got a wire coming in from outside then a splitter and 2 wires coming out from the splitter

One cable connects to the hub, power it one, there will be a connection to the network, some updates will be done and it will work. If you have TV connect the other cable (via the IEC connector) to the TV box and connect the box to the hub with an Ethernet cable. That's pretty much most people have to do unless there is a fault.

Thanks scrapped the paint of the splitter and noticed one was tv I just plugged new wire in other one and it's working OK thanks
