Hub3 and Wifi

Hi. I just got virgin media and I am not able to make it WhatsApp call on my WiFi network. Can anyone advise if they had this issues recently? I have hub3. Thank you.

Can you use other online functions on the same device - browse the web? Send/receive emails, watch a video etc?

In other words - can this device not use any online bits, or is it specifically an issue with WhatsApp?

Yes I can. Only WhatsApp is not connecting

Often chat sites etc. are blocked when "Childsafe" is active. Log into your online account and click the My Apps tab and go to websafe/childsafe and turn them off save settings and quit and try again
