Please can someone confirm why my hub is trying to connect to a MAC address which is Cisco when I search the vendor list.
critical on network log appears many times a day

The hub is working on wireless nothing connected j to apart from tv box via Ethernet

The cable modem has sent 16 Ranging Request messages without receiving a Ranging Response message in reply from the CMTS. The mac address is most likely relating to the Cisco CMTS its ranging with in the local headend
