apart from could murder virgin the problem is my security camera the floodlights are working but it is not connected to the WiFi . The thing is I changed hub . The camera is not connected . First it has to be on -2 WiFi not 5 so sorted that out signed in virgin connect all is connected . I have rebooted every thing this is what netatmo tell u to do . But still camera not working reboot hub and iPhone at the same time still nothing. so that last page I put on post is what they now tell me to do . To be honest don’t understand any of that . Have to get an engineer in because I think it is the cameras fault all my other devices are connected to hub . thanks for getting back to me
Absolutely know that it took me the last two months to get them to come out to solve an issue the thought of contacting them for anything makes me feel ill ! No have my own guy that might be able to sort it out for me .
