My hub 3 is displaying a red light but it is not overheating, how do I resolve that?

Hi Christina,
Before having to call for an engineer visit, you could try turning the hub off for 10 minutes, then turn it back on, to see if the red light reappears.
Or you could try a pinhole reset:
Use a pen or paperclip, hold in the reset button at the back of the hub for 30 seconds, then release and let the hub reboot. If the red light reappears you can call 150 from your VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other mobile or landline, then follow the prompts.
🤞
