Anyone help trying to speak to someone about my service and cannot find anyone who speaks or understands English to the extent that I can not get my problem sorted. Is there an English call centre number that can help

Hi @Tony5181 

There isn't a specific number to call to speak to an English speaking person.

All calls are routed through the IVR system and picked up by the first person that is available.

This post is in the Chatter and Natter section and not usually monitored by staff.

If you create a post in the relevant forum detailing the issue(s) you are experiencing then we may be able to help.
