HUB3 Samknows error

Was working fine about a month ago, getting 

lost connection to the measurement software inside the router

as its VM goto speed tester any one else having problems

I tried with the web link : https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/
and also with the "Samknows Realspeed" Android app & both worked with our Hub 3.

"Samknows Realspeed" is also available as an iPhone app.

Assuming you are not in modem mode - Samknows doesn't work in this mode - have you tried a pinhole reset on the Hub?
