Have rebooted but to no avail. This channel is and always has been pixelated. Really frustrating. Please help to fix!

Have you checked that all of your cabling is snug and tight, and free from kinks, especially the white coaxial cable?
Are any other channels affected? In particular Animal Planet +1
(VM channels are grouped in muxes the same way as Freeview channels on terrestrial TV) so it's possible that it's a signal issue.
If it's no better after checking all of your cabling then you should contact the faults team by calling 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
Or advise which particular box you have (Tivo, V6 or 360) and we can move your post to the correct forum and a member of the Forum Team may then pick this up for you (they don't tend to frequent the Chatter forums)
