Error on CONNECT App

For the past few days my connect app on Iphone 10 has been telling me that there is an error:- 'that I am not connected and to check my connection' and a button to try again. 

VM hub 3 wifi working perfectly with 11 items connected, but I have rebooted the Hub, and have un and then reinstalled the App but to no avail, any thoughts please?

I have a Galaxy S8+ and every time, I try to run the app, I get the following error message.  I can sign in to both my Virginmedia and VirginMoblile accounts with no issue and I can log in to my Hub 3.

The app has many problems, it’s best to directly logon to your hub on 192.168.0.1
