Equipment return

I have left VM & they sent packaging to send my hub and cables back. One option to return is to text 'collect' to 84555 and my package will apparently be collected. I have had no response, do it receive a confirmation text or anything or is this a ploy for VM to charge me when they don't get their equipment back on time?

You have a month to return the equipment, sending Collect will most likely be delayed for a week or so until it's picked up and a timeslot agreed, you'll receive further communication once it's set.
