Customer service

I need my virgin box upgraded as I have the old virgin box , how do I speak to a human and not wait up to 4 hours on live chat

You can:

  • Wait for a response from one of the VM staff on here (1 - 2 weeks).
  • Text 07533 051 809.
  • Contact by phone 0345 454 1111 (8am is best).

Which box do you have now? I presume you're asking about a change to a V6?

Yes I have vm broadband I'm guessing it is the v6.... This is the box I have now
