Customer Service..... Help

I have been trying to call but 150 just gets cut off, then on 0345 number 20 mins still no answer!!!!


how can I contact Virgin Media, you have cut my discount which is in my contract until 27th Feb 2021
so that last 2 months I'm paying 18 pounds more, sorry your NOT ON........


my Contract is now up and I cant not speak to anyone, whats going on?  are you all hiding from
your customers?  


Then I will be told I have to give 30 days but how can I when I cant even get through to you????

Is the only way for you to call me?  If I cancel my direct debit????

Same here been trying to call the free 150 and it goes dead, then then 0345 on there for ages and no answer

prices gone up contract ending and I can not speak to anyone.

This company should be ashamed of the way its treating its paying customers

I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion with your billing, we would charge a month in advance for you the services, it's possible that you've recently been charged for the months ahead for the period the discount has ended.

 

Package changes aren't something we're able to do from here, however we do have agents answering the phones, it's just a little busier than usual.
