I have been trying to call but 150 just gets cut off, then on 0345 number 20 mins still no answer!!!!
how can I contact Virgin Media, you have cut my discount which is in my contract until 27th Feb 2021
so that last 2 months I'm paying 18 pounds more, sorry your NOT ON........
my Contract is now up and I cant not speak to anyone, whats going on? are you all hiding from
your customers?
Then I will be told I have to give 30 days but how can I when I cant even get through to you????
Is the only way for you to call me? If I cancel my direct debit????
