Connection Issues - low power on downstream bonded channels

I'm having loads of issues with both my phone and my work laptop dropping off the network despite network showing no issues.  Video conferencing calls, even just on voice only are now practically impossible.  I've done a few basic speed and ping tests and there seems to be no issues but my downstream bonded channels look low on power from what I can make out from other posts?

Re: Connection Issues - low power on downstream bonded channels

Hello

Look at what you have posted these are well within the specs they should be in the region of -6 to +10 dBmv, can you post as well as this one the reset of your downstream, your upstream and also the network logs.

Ah sorry - I'd missed the minus bit! Thought lower than 6 is an issue, here are the rest of the sections

Re: Connection Issues - low power on downstream bonded channels

Hello

There seems to be a little noise on your down stream, so in these cases can normally be resolved by going around and making sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight, best way to do this is too undo the connector and then re-tighten, once that is done power of the hub for 30 secs and then back on, and I am hoping that should resolve the problem, if not then a engineer will be needed.
