So the connect app won’t connect to the hub? When I scan it uses a different setting password than the one on the box? So god knows what’s going on there? Last week they rang and said they reset everything still not working?
honestly between this and the V360 box not working I’m probably going to send the service back if it’s not fixed by the end of the week? Absolute madness.

Which Hub version do you have? The Connect app only works with the Hub3.

yes I do have the hub3! I managed to work it out after resetting everything!
