Change data cable entry point

Hi 

We are renovating a house recently moved in to and would like yo relocate the entry point of the virgin cable. 

Is this possible? If so, how do I make contact to get an appointment please?

Go through the faults reporting route on 150 from a Virgin phone (0345 454 1111 from others).

As this is a customer request & not a fault callout it is a chargeable extra.

The current fee is £25 for any work required.
