Cant connect to https://www.virginmedia.com

Hi

For some reason, over the last week or so i cannot for the life of me connect to https://www.virginmedia.com.

Its set as my home page, but i get auto directed to https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/existing-customer?intcmpid=vmexistingcustomer.

No matter how i try to connect, typing it, copy and paste, google link etc it directs me to the above address.

Frustrating as hell, cant get to my emails etc.

Any ideas please?

@jaywas Both links direct to the same page.  To get directly to the webmail page the easiest way is to bookmark this link and use that instead.

https://mail2.virginmedia.com/

You could even make it your home page if webmail is your main reason for going to the virginmedia.com page.

Yes it does look as if they have stuck a redirect onto the main landing page to 'push' visitors to the new customer sign-up page. However even if you do end up there, in the top right hand corner is the little sign-in icon, I would presume that if you click that and sign in, it will take you to your my.virginmedia.com page from where you can get to your email.
