Just wonder if anyone from Virgin can help, Ive contact virgin media to ask to get the service to my house for the past year, each time I phone I get told we are in the area but just need to install some more equipment and you can get connected, last October 2020, I was told it will only be a few more months, now nearly a year later nothing seems to be happening, I only ask because my properly, for some reason can’t get any decent broadband, still only copper lines 1-3mbps. There is a house, basically opposite me who can get Virgin service so I don’t know why I can’t, I can even pick up their WiFi name its that close, please can someone help me?
