My brown box cover outside property is missing. I called virgin who gave me another number to ring, this was the cabinet line, I think this is incorrect. Who do I contact?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
Best to call the phone as VM staff do not monitor this part of the board as frequently as the main part.

Hi, thanks I already called the 150 from landline & was told to call another number, this turned out to be damaged cabinet line. This obvs isn't the correct dept. Not sure which dept I need.
