Hi There. Since I moved into my property (approx. 4 years ago) the brown box outside where the black cables enter the house has been damaged (it has old Telewest branding on it so assume quite old).
It is now at the stage the flap has numerous cracks and the door is barely hanging on and I am concerned the cables inside are now exposed to the elements.
How do I arrange for this to be fixed/replaced? Thanks!
