my services aren't working.
There was a fault in my area yesterday but according to the online status it was fixed. I have rebooted my services loads and no my TV won’t load because I have no signal going to my hub.
Please can someone help 😭
i contacted virgin and they told me to reboot my services and wait 5 mins which I’ve done but still nothing.
I’ve told them and all I got told was there are no faults in the area and to re boot my hub/tv.
