I have recently moved to a new address in SE1 in London and apparently, there is no Fibre cabling available for my property; however, the addresses either side are able to get a Virgin service/ I can see their Virgin wires outside their flats. When I switch WiFi on for my devices, I can see a string of VM / Virgin WiFi signals from the area also.
This would be the first WiFi to the flat, as it is a renovation, therefore it could not be an issue of a previous tenant removing Virgin cable. This would be the first WiFi in the property, and I would have thought Virgin would be keen to be the provider?
Is there any way of getting a Virgin engineer to come an examine whether WiFi installation is possible?
