why is it that some programmes that are available on catch up via TiVo get an "upgrade your subscription" message on TVgo ?
eg Syfy series "Stichers"

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with TV Go.
We've recently had an issue with certain content on TV Go which has since been resolved. Are you still seeing the same message on screen?

Stitchers is rectified but Reverie remains blocked on TvGo
I've checked this on the app and Reverie is playing without issue. Could you check again to see if there are any other issues?
