Every time I try to play a station on the laptop it says cannot connect.

Am I missing something I need to do

Are you saying that you don't have an internet connection in your location? You either need mobile data coverage, or a WiFi connection.

Do you have either?

Hi,

Thank you for replying, I have a contract with virgin on the full package, I have internet wifi, and can use virgin go tv on my mobile, however when I try to play on my PC I get "sorry - cant play this at the moment" it has been like that ever since it was installed 4 weeks ago. I can play sky sports stuff but nothing on the virgin app.

hi

dave,

I have used your link with, Microsoft Edge, internet explorer 11, and google chrome, none of them work, just keep getting the same "sorry - cant play"

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the Community Forums, george3049,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues using the TVGO service. It does sound specific to that laptop, Are you able to try on another device?

Cheers,

Corey C

not at the moment, but will try another laptop later

I'm afraid it isn't supported on a firestick and not available from the Amazon app store.
