But presumably it does work if you connect directly without a VPN?

Your VPN must be allocating a non-UK IP address.

Hi Jackcbr, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are not able to connect via a VPN. Can you try connecting without the VPN connection and advise if you are getting the same issue? ^Chris
