I’ve been unable to sign into tv go since I had email issues (now sorted). Also on the official webpage of My Virgin Media, it seems I’ve changed my name to Jackie!

I’m unable to get tv go. Added to which, when I signed out and then signed in again, it’s accepting my email and password. On the left of the screen is my name, but underneath the red drop down box it says Jackie. My bill is correct but it’s not showing my tv or phone package. Something is seriously wrong with my account. Please help!
