a week ago
i have been trying to watch tv on the tv go app, but whenever i sign in it says i need to upgrade.
i have tried this on both my ipad and my laptop, and neither have worked.
i haven't moved house or recently got virgin, so not sure why it is happened.

Is the content you are trying to watch part of your package?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
I haven’t even tried to watch anything,I can’t even look on the guide or anything.
i have tried reinstalling the app on both my phone,laptop and tablet, and none work.
Would you be able to post a screenshot on here of what happens when you try to use the service please so that we can take a look?

Do you have an active online account which you are able to access?
Are you also signing in to TV Go with the primary account details?
