tv go I cannot watch on my registered device

Hello

I have now got 4 devices registered for TV go on my account. 3 of which are my computer, the other my phone. I have tried to watch on my computer tonight but i get an error message saying I can only watch on my registered deviceS. I can change in 21 days. But I am trying to watch on the computer that is registered 3 times. Infuriating. I was going to watch the football

Help please

Thank you for your post. 

 

You can only have 2 devices registered at once for Tv Go.

This is what i thought but it definitely shows 4 devices. Only my phone is the only one i can use. As a forum team can you reset for me like has been done before

stevebolt if you're using different ways of watching on your computer, each way eg different browsers, will register as a different device using up your valuable device slots. Browser cookie clearing can also 'loose' this viewing methods device allocation. I therefore suggest you use only the one way going forward (preferably the TV Go app) and stick to just that.
