removing devices off my tvgo

i have had my phones and old mac book stolen and wish to remove them off my account but do not seem to be able too there must be a simple way to remove them and not have to wait 22 days and whats even annoyed me more is that i have not added new devices for years and should be able to delete my old devices when i wish to not when virgin says i can
