how to reset TV go devices

Tv Go App seems to have added the same device twice, (same name on both - My computer)

it has always just been on the laptop and the computer down stairs.

now i can only access it on the pc down stairs not the laptop and it says i cant change that for 19 days but it was fine a couple of days ago.

i would like some help to resolve this problem.

Having the same problem here. Last month I noticed that we had the two device slots showing the same device, it's always been one tablet and one android phone. I waited until 1st of Feb as stated to change one device back to how it was, now I still only have one device working the other it says needs to wait until 1st March to change.

It's crazy as we've never asked to change any devices before, can you help get this other device up and running on the app, thanks.

i ended up having to ring them to sort it and its been fine ever since

Thanks for the advice, now solved.Smiley Happy

App was re installed (twice) and after two phone calls and the registered devices reset we are up and running, phew! it took a while though.
