Hi,
I'm trying to watch virginmedia on a new device. I get the above error code and a message saying to visit manage devices to swap a registered device. When I do that, I only have three devices registered when I can have upto five devices limit. Why isn't this working?

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issues here on our forums.
Is this error message when you are trying to watch content on Sky Sport or Virgin TV go?
There is some advice for fixing this issue on the thread here, please could you try the advice given on this page and let me know if the issues get resolved.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your reply. The issue has gone now, I was able to watch the app on another device and it worked. I didn't get an error message anymore. It was when I was trying to view BT Sports and Sky Sports I got this problem but all resolved now.
